Shipping and Returns
Most items ship within 1-2 business days. If you need an item by a particular date, please indicate in the notes section when checking out. Keep in mind delivery times for USPS when selecting Express. It may say overnight guaranteed, but in reality it is 1-2 days. We can ship via Fedex for an additional charge, so be sure to leave the details of your needs in the comment box when checking out. Sorry, no returns for missed delivery dates.
Express Deliveries and orders over $250 may require a signature. If you would like to waive the signature, please respond to the email confirmation with your name, order number, shipping address and a message stating you would like the delivery left in your mailbox/front door.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be excited about your purchase so returns that meet the following criteria will be gladly accepted. Sorry, no returns for a change of mind or missed delivery date. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge. Items that are too small or too large can be exchanged for either another size or store credit only. Goods received between 15-30 days will not be eligible for refund and store credit will be issued. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and item in a new and sellable condition. Shoes that have scuff marks on soles and body will not be eligible for return. Date of receipt will be the date that the shippers tracking indicates parcel delivery.
To return an item, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receipt to obtain an RMA. Please include with your email the reason you are returning or exchanging and be sure to include your invoice number. (Please indicate which style & size you are exchanging. Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchange or guarantee that an item will be in stock when we receive & process your order) If an RMA is approved, please return the item with original packaging (if applicable) and be sure to insure and send us the tracking number (respond to the RMA email with tracking information). We will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt with an approved RMA. Include the original invoice with package and circle the item(s) you are returning. Returns will be inspected and processed upon receipt. Returns that have damaged items will be sent back at buyers expense. All sales beyond 30 days are considered final and are not eligible for return. Items on sale are considered final and are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
